Best Fuel for Endurance

Being in my first year of endurance training, everything is a new learning experience for me, and there is a lot of noise on the internet about mainstream energy gels and products to fuel those long rides/runs. I was holding back (and bonking as a result!!) because none of them entice me in terms of ingredients - that was until I found Enduo! Delicious, light on the stomach and keeps the energy up instead of the ups and downs that surgary bars and gels often do! My new go-to !!!

Fueling those long runs

These are a perfect size for long runs. Comfortable carry only one of these for my 20mile training runs. No stomach probl ms at all. The cacao and peppermint are my favourite so far. Easy to consume on the go. No hassle.

My Go To Product

This will always be my go to product. Used this to fuel my London Marathon, Ride London and just recently Endure24. The only product, that for me, has been gentle on the stomach and enabled me to complete endurance events comfortably and keep my energy levels up. Will continue to use as my race staple 👍👍

Great product!

I swam the length of Coniston Water fuelling with Enduosports, and I wouldn’t use anything else now. They’re light on the stomach (which is important when swimming), so tasty and also it’s nice knowing there’s nothing untoward in the ingredients list. Around fantastic product
